Surrey County Council has launched its Warm Welcome scheme for the autumn and winter seasons.
Over 100 libraries and community venues are offering free hot drinks until 31 March 2027.
The project provides energy advice and helps residents access additional support services.
The initiative is backed by the government-funded Crisis and Resilience Fund.
