The market for Bitcoin ETFs in the USA saw a return to positive sentiment on November 4, 2026, as investors injected a net total of $75 million into the sector. This session marked the first day of positive movement following three consecutive days of net withdrawals, which had seen outflows totaling $1.158 billion across the preceding period.
Data from Farside Investors indicates that the recovery was primarily fueled by strong performance from Fidelityโs FBTC, which recorded net inflows of $237 million. This surge in interest was sufficient to overcome continued selling pressure from BlackRockโs IBIT, which remained the only fund to report a negative reading that day. IBIT saw net outflows of $201 million, marking its fourth consecutive day of withdrawals.
Fidelity's FBTC inflows successfully offset BlackRock's IBIT outflows to drive a $75 million net market gain.
Broadening market participation
While the market dynamic remained concentrated around the two largest funds, three other products also contributed to the positive daily total. ARK Investโs ARKB attracted $20 million in net inflows, Bitwiseโs BITB added $15 million, and Invescoโs BTCO recorded $4 million. The remaining seven funds tracked by Farside Investors, including GBTC and EZBC, reported zero net flows for the session.
The reversal comes after a difficult period for the sector, which recorded net outflows of $643 million on October 30, $399 million on November 2, and $116 million on November 3. Market observers are now watching to see if the November 4 session represents a sustainable shift in demand or a temporary pause in the recent withdrawal trend.
Future sessions will be critical in determining whether aggregate inflows can persist. Analysts note that while IBITโs ongoing withdrawals continue to act as a drag on the total, the participation of multiple other funds suggests a broader interest in the asset class beyond the primary two issuers. Monitoring whether IBITโs outflows eventually subside or if other funds can consistently attract enough capital to absorb that pressure remains the primary focus for market participants tracking these investment products.
Why it matters
The return to positive inflows signals a potential stabilization in investor sentiment following a significant three-day withdrawal streak. For market participants, including those in India and South Asia who monitor global digital asset trends, this shift highlights the ongoing tug-of-war between major institutional funds that dictates the broader market direction for Bitcoin investment products.
